Wattbike has worked out brilliantly. The rental concept suits me down to the ground. That said, I don't want to let it go. Had it for almost 18 months and not a hitch. The service is second to none even with all the issues surrounding COVID. Would definitely recommend!

Can not fault Indoor Sport Services so far. They emailed me back when they got the rower i was interested in back in stock. Once i'd filled in their forms they arranged delivery within 1 week. The Concept 2 rower was in excellent condition and they showed how easy it was to setup and store. Have been using the rower for a couple of weeks now and am more than happy with it and ISS service to date.

Really enjoying my Wattbike Pro rental, it is a great machine. Also, delivery was prompt on the scheduled day and the driver was polite and helped me carry the bike inside. Will definitely be back.

From the off the hiring of the equipment was swift and simple. Delivery was that prompt we didn't even know it was arriving. Assembly simple and machine arrived serviced and clean. My only gripe is that it doesn't come with phone attachment.

Ordering: The whole ordering process was excellent when the bikes eventually came into stock. A lot of hoops to jump through with documents to send etc but otherwise instructions were clear. Contact: Customer Service Agent was excellent and gave us delivery times. She contacted us again when there was a cancellation in our area and we had the bike delivered early. Delivery: Not really impressed with delivery. Driver was meant to give us a ring. He turned up at 7:30am!!! I don't mind that but a phone call would have been appreciated. Driver was ok but wasn't wearing a mask. I helped him carry the bike into position and he was off. Took less than 20 minutes. Bike: Clearly used. Some parts showing wear and tear with some tape on one of the cables. Hope it lasts. Overall Experience: Pretty good to be fair. I'd use the company again in future but some small improvements are needed.

I have just completed the hire of a Concept 2 rower from Indoor Sports Services and it's been and, almost, perfectly smooth experience all the way. The sole problem was all of my own making - I should have thought of checking for packing instructions on Google before embarking on that operation with just the firm's diagram to hand. But too late now. That apart, everything else connected with the hire went perfectly, from delivery to pick-up, including repayment of an extra debit which had slipped through because of the timing of the cancellation. Friendly, polite and efficient staff. The equipment was in great condition and helped my reverse a diabetes condition and reduce my blood pressure to a more acceptable level as well as lose a couple of stops in weight. All round, well now not quite so round, a great experience. Thank you.

Concept 2 in great nick. Came quickly. Tempted to give 1 star because you have ruined my excuses for not exercising.

So from regular use of a Wattbike at Derby Arena, and having to deal with continuity of fitness training during the whole COVID-19 dilemma, I decided to go for hiring my own Pro model. It was really easy to book the hire, the delivery driver set the bike up for me in my garage and I’m now training at home. It’s great, really easy to use and so far so good with reliability. I’m impressed!

Have struggled to buy a SkiErg for months, however found it for hire here and the simple quick process means I had it within a week. Highly recommend, this is the second piece of equipment I have from Indoor Sports.

Needed an indoor bike due to the new lockdown and subsequent closure of my gym ... checked the net and came across IndoorSportServices ... they had a good selection on sport equipment for hire including the Keiser bike I’m using in the gym ... this made my decision to hire from ISS a very easy one .. furthermore the hire was hassle free, relatively quick (about a week from application to delivery), reasonably priced and very helpful (asked for being one of the first drop-off as I needed to be at work and got it delivered at 6.40am - perfect!!) ... although I never hired sports equipment before dealing with ISS was a pleasant experience in these doom no and gloom time ..

I received my rower in great condition, the guy was fantastic, put it together and checked it was working before he left. All. Communication has been answered quickly. Very impressed.
