Perfect piece of equipment delivered, as I knew what I wanted. However there were a few marks on it and it was just wrapped in some black shrinkwrap, as opposed to being more securely packaged as initially expected. Your earlier message/posts said to keep packaging to return it when done, however this was impossible as it’s shrink wrap and nothing more.

Majority of the frame is sprayed straight over the concept sticker , the handlebars have spray on them the seat step has spray on it , the cable clip is cracked ,

Had no idea if the bike had been delivered. How can you have a hire conpany that is so difficult to have dialogue with. Telephone number so difficult to find then nobody picks up. Only dialogue is by email in very slow time frames

I’m training to pass a fitness assessment to ride in a charity horserace, and was finding that getting to the gym every single day to practice a 3-minute Wattbike test was a challenge. In comes Indoor Sport Services! The Wattbike was delivered to me within 3 days of me first enquiring, delivered to the correct room, and I’m away! With their flexible contracts, I’m able to keep the bike until I’ve (hopefully) passed my fitness assessment and will keep it until my charity race, to ensure fitness is maintained. Thanks!
