Absolutley love it

The bike seems great. But I was a bit confused on the communication surrounding it’s delivery. I didn’t get any emails really confirming when it would be delivered. I sent an email to enquire and got a fast response. But then I was bombarded with emails (sometimes twice a day) confirming when it would be delivered. However the delivery date on the emails said wc 21st feb, yet i received a sms saying the 16th feb It was delivered on the 16th. And I really liked the tracking that I could follow. The delivery was really slick and the delivery driver was very friendly. As above, the bike is great though.

I had some problems with setting up a contract and had to contact customer support who resolved the issue. When the rower came it came on time and when they said it would.

We have been customers for years but over the year the personal service has disappeared. The stuff isn't so cost effective if your keep it for more than a year. Really disappointed by there lack of small buissnes support.

We hired a Wattbike Pro for six months over the Winter. Not having used a Wattbike before, we had several questions about whether it was the right product for us, compatible tech for Zwift etc, and these were answered swiftly and helpfully. Delivery took place at the stated time on the stated day and communication was excellent throughout.

Good service from Indoor Sports Services, only problem was no notification of delivery date or time window and no link to Bike Manual - both which have been rectified apparently
