Has anyone else experienced a major difference in smell and how it feels on the skin? I've been using religiously for at least 7 years now, and I know the smell and feel by heart. There is something different! I have now tried 2 different bottles with different lot numbers (different batches) and I still feel this way. PLEASE bring back the original formula/ingredients!!

The online process was super easy. I did see products listed on the Amazon store site that were not available on the direct site. I thought that odd why I couldn’t find those products on their own sponsored site, even though Amazon directs you to their store. Anyway, my aging skin appreciates the soothing cleanser. I haven’t yet tried other products, but will.

I have been using indie Lee for a few years my has been the nicest in that time. I have oily skin and breakouts and that have been in check.

I am a big fan of this product. Not only does it help balance out the redness and imperfections of your skin but it is also hydrating and leaves your skin feeling hydrated and great.

The website seems to be working better with giving the free shipping as well as the discount And customer service is generally amazing to infinity. Recently, I sent a message asking a question about a product and I still have yet to hear back. Like I said, maybe just a hiccup that I got lost in the shuffle, but because customer service is always so amazing I’m not sure what to think. They were having a sale on one of the products that I love and I asked if it was being discontinued and I haven’t heard back.

I have been ordering from Indie Lee for a few years now. I absolutely love everything I have used from this line. I really miss having the two samples when you check out. The gifts for the points is okay, there used to be a lot more on there to choose from. Other than that I love Indi Lee, appreciate the collaborations you did with Costco to get two toners for a great price. I will keep my eyes out for all the things you all keep doing. Thank you all! 🥰
