Terrible customer service. Never received my paid fur product and no response to my call, text or email. Not acceptable.

I'm a redhead, well I used to be, but I still have the ginger skin. I love this color balancer. It goes on smooth and moisturizes my dry skin.

The website seems to be working better with giving the free shipping as well as the discount And customer service is generally amazing to infinity. Recently, I sent a message asking a question about a product and I still have yet to hear back. Like I said, maybe just a hiccup that I got lost in the shuffle, but because customer service is always so amazing I’m not sure what to think. They were having a sale on one of the products that I love and I asked if it was being discontinued and I haven’t heard back.

Love but soooooo expensive. Not sure if you will be able to maintain sustainable business with your prices.

I have been ordering from Indie Lee for a few years now. I absolutely love everything I have used from this line. I really miss having the two samples when you check out. The gifts for the points is okay, there used to be a lot more on there to choose from. Other than that I love Indi Lee, appreciate the collaborations you did with Costco to get two toners for a great price. I will keep my eyes out for all the things you all keep doing. Thank you all! 🥰

Love love the oil serum! Its super moisturizing and lightweight. I use it to do my gua sha stone massage each morning. I also appreciate the minimal plastic.

Overall Im satisfied with this line however I wish there were more travel size options. It can provide more variety to products without the whole having to return a product for whatever reasons

I love this cleanser!it brightened my skin within days. It can also work as a mask or makeup remover.

I purchased the discovery kit after a facial in Miami. It was recommended for dry, sensitive skin. It moisturizes fantastically, without making my very sensitive skin turn red or itchy. I bought the products again.

I figured this was going to be just another toner, just another layer, that I could take or leave. But everyone raves about it so I cashed in some of my rewards points and got it for free. And now I’m not sure how I ever lived before. I spray it into my hands and press into my skin, then spray it directly onto my skin because I can’t get enough. It smells lovely and invigorating. If feels as soothing as a cool breeze on a hot day. After lightening fast absorption my skin feels soft, soothed, fresh, & happy. Seriously I could bathe in this stuff. Overall I have normal skin, but I get acne and reactive if I play around with too many products…and this stuff soothes it all away.

Shipping is quick and the website is easy to navigate. I wish every purchase came with a sample. I have sensitive skin so I hate trying things without sampling. First one of the samples I did receive was something I bought right away because my skin had a good reaction to it.

Love that this has zero scent, has a pretty and lightweight texture, mixes well when used with other products, and has been great for my sensitive skin! So far has healed an irritated spot around my nose I couldn’t get rid of after a month an a half of having it. I’ve only been using for about 2 weeks but my skin already looks more even/clear and bright. Time will tell how well it works on discoloration but I already plan on repurchasing! Have been waiting forever for a product like this from Indie Lee. No pilling when layering with my other products which is nice!
