I have been attempting to get customer service for a week on my recent order via email, text, phone and received no reply. The face serum I purchased has oxidized and turned yellow. I would like a replacement but not from Amazon because I’ve previously ordered directly through Amazon and got the same bad product. If I’m unable to get a quality serum I would like a refund. But my goodness customer service needs to actually reply for anything positive to remain with my recent experience.

Relatively quick shipping

Love your products but the shopping and shipping experience has been challenging. The last three times I’ve ordered I’ve had issues checking out - I’ve had to resubmit credit card information 3-5x before it’s accepted, even when input correctly. My last two orders have taken well over two weeks to arrive. I’ll continue to shop with you but if you are able to improve the checkout and shipping process it would be a win win for customers!

My orders have always arrived fairly quickly. They are packaged well.

I love this product. I have noticed my skin is softer, firmer and bouncy. Very hydrated. I use it every morning after dual cleansing and before color correcting primer. On the days that I go make-up free, I always moisturize with the squalane oil. Sometimes I reapply throughout the day as needed if I have been outside in the sun or cold weather. I absolutely LOVE this oil and plan to use it for years to come.

Amazon offered the oil for $26 in Dec/early Jan but I did not order delivery was 3-4 wks out. I ran out of oil and decided to order directly from Indie Lee website thinking shipping would be faster… wrong. When I went back to Amazon they were sold out. I paid $10 more per bottle to have it delivered in pretty much the same amount of time. In today’s’ world of clicking and at-your-doorstep delivery waiting a few weeks for a product you love may not be worth it

This balm is the BOMB!! I am obsessed with this cleaner! I use it twice daily and my skin has never looked and felt this good. I have very dry skin and I love the way it doesn't leave my skin feeling dry and tight after I rinse it off. A little bit goes a long way!!

Awful experience! Product never arrived, the online chat told me to connect with the delivery service, and the delivery service told me to contact the store. When contacting the online chat, once again, they offered an in store merchandise card in which I declined. . . I wanted the product, not a merch card. I will but my products at bluemercury.
