I love Indie Lee products, but the lack of customer service is concerning. I still have not received my order.

Order items March 18th and I still don't have them. If I don't receive very soon will need to file a charge back. Very disappointed.

I have received the product at the 38 day mark from the day of order confirmation - at that point I wasn’t even at the address I ordered the product to. Even trying to reach out to the customer service was a challenge - when I finally received an email response from a rep named Julie, not only IndieLee take responsibility for the delayed response or the delayed order processing, they didn’t even offer fast/over night shipping. I will not purchase again.

I have been attempting to get customer service for a week on my recent order via email, text, phone and received no reply. The face serum I purchased has oxidized and turned yellow. I would like a replacement but not from Amazon because I’ve previously ordered directly through Amazon and got the same bad product. If I’m unable to get a quality serum I would like a refund. But my goodness customer service needs to actually reply for anything positive to remain with my recent experience.

My first order was great so i subscribed. The first subscription that came was fine but the second one that came the magnesium butter had no lavender scent and smells awful. Getting ready to cancel and look elsewhere for a similar product.

I ordered directly from the brand’s website, so I was surprised to see the order fulfilled through Amazon, which wasn’t clearly stated at checkout. The product also arrived without a tamper-evident seal. For facial skincare, I prefer sealed packaging for safety and peace of mind. I haven’t used it long enough to comment on performance, but wanted to note these packaging and fulfillment concerns.
