Where is my order?????? Three weeks later, and my package is still "in transit. " I live in NYC, not a rural area. A three week delivery time is untenable.

I had used this toner spray for years but stoped because is not in Sephora anymore for sale. Tried others more affordable but return to Indie Lee website to buy it again. Love this toner because does not irritate my sensitive skin, and helps the redness of the rosacea. Also it's easy to use in spray without using cotton pad so avoid waste. Love the package, I try to avoid plastic even more. For me it is a winner!

It’s taking over a month to ship or to arrive?

Indie Lee's customer service and shipping are horrible. My first shipment was mis-delivered (their shipper could not provide delivery confirmation), and it took over a week for Indie Lee's customer service to respond to my email requesting another shipment. When they did ship out my order again, it took several weeks to arrive at my house, since they don't use top tier shippers. I won't buy directly from them again due to these shipping and customer service issues.
