Has anyone else experienced a major difference in smell and how it feels on the skin? I've been using religiously for at least 7 years now, and I know the smell and feel by heart. There is something different! I have now tried 2 different bottles with different lot numbers (different batches) and I still feel this way. PLEASE bring back the original formula/ingredients!!

The online process was super easy. I did see products listed on the Amazon store site that were not available on the direct site. I thought that odd why I couldn’t find those products on their own sponsored site, even though Amazon directs you to their store. Anyway, my aging skin appreciates the soothing cleanser.
