I actually really like the product. The problem is the little pump on the top when you push it very little if any product goes into it so you kinda have to just dip the eyedropper in and hope some stuff comes out. BUT when you do get the product, it feels amazing on your skin. The scent is wonderful and light and I feel like I’m starting to see a little difference.

Trilled that a jumbo size exists of my favorite face wash. I love to use it as a mask while I shower. Smells good too!

My original order never arrived and had to go through the USPS lost mail process. I contacted customer service regarding my struggles with carrier's . They were amazing and sent out a new shipment of my order. I really appreciated how approachable and considerate Customer Support. I received my order within a week.

I love Indie Lee products, but the lack of customer service is concerning. I still have not received my order.

Order items March 18th and I still don't have them. If I don't receive very soon will need to file a charge back. Very disappointed.

I have received the product at the 38 day mark from the day of order confirmation - at that point I wasn’t even at the address I ordered the product to. Even trying to reach out to the customer service was a challenge - when I finally received an email response from a rep named Julie, not only IndieLee take responsibility for the delayed response or the delayed order processing, they didn’t even offer fast/over night shipping. I will not purchase again.
