We expected the executive chait seat to be wide and bigger in depth. . . . . too small a chair

The product received was dirty and had black marks all over the place. I did not return the product only to avoid the hassle. But to get such a product from a brand so reputed like yours and after spending so much money was really disappointing.

Shipping was done in excellent manner and the box was well packaged. Just one slight scratch on hand rest during shipping, but hopefully steelcase india will take care of that incase the hand rest suffers any future tear. Rest everything was excellent. One more thing I would like to see forward tilt in all of their chairs.

座りやすく調整もしやすいです。 デザインもシンプルでインテリアにも調和しており、非常に満足してます

納期は在庫なしのため案内通りの日数がかかったが、途中の納期確認のメールにも丁寧に返答もらえて安心できた。

もし椅子の肘掛けが後ろにも調整できたらよかったです。そうすれば、もっと机に近づけます。 ヘッドレストの後付けオプションをご用意いただけるとありがたいです。

スムースな搬入でした。段ボールをもってかえってもらえたし。

配送時、家の中へ設置してもらえるのが助かりました。ダンボールも処分していただけたので楽でよかったです。

座り心地最高です！値段だけ見ると高価に見えますが組み立て不要、パーツは高品質、保証期間の圧倒的な長さ等等を考慮すると良い買い物だと感じました！

座り心地は文句なし。座面がメッシュでは無いため冬も寒く無い。 ただ、174cm、72kgの私でもサイズがちょっと小さい。出来れば複数のサイズ展開して欲しい。

Steelcase Australia are a good, reliable company in the business of making and selling comfortable office chairs. I was really pleased with the promptness of the delivery, the fact that it came on time and pre-assembled as I requested, and the excellent condition of the chair. My only request for improvement would be for Steelcase to restore its showroom in Melbourne.

I’m still waiting for my table. Is not even here yet. Is so poorly managed for the delivery
