Natural Glide機能が本当に良いです。伸びたりリラックスしたり、あらゆる姿勢にフィットして、腰に無駄な負担なく長く座り続けられるのは腰痛持ち＆デスクワーカーにとってありがたいです。 一点、追加オプションであるヘッドレストがGestureと同等の調整が出来ればよかったなとは思います。

ホットカーペットの厚みのある樹脂仕様（昔のパナソニック）には、多少沈んでも動けるこちらが良いです

The product received was dirty and had black marks all over the place. I did not return the product only to avoid the hassle. But to get such a product from a brand so reputed like yours and after spending so much money was really disappointing.

Shipping was done in excellent manner and the box was well packaged. Just one slight scratch on hand rest during shipping, but hopefully steelcase india will take care of that incase the hand rest suffers any future tear. Rest everything was excellent. One more thing I would like to see forward tilt in all of their chairs.
