We Purchased the Misha 5 piece set including; cot, change table chest, mattress, co-sleeper, recliner. As first-time parents with no local options to purchase furniture we are incredibly impressed with what we received. All 5 pieces are excellent quality, easily assembled, sturdy and aesthetic. We made our purchase knowing 2 items were on pre-order, we received communication from the customer service team the immediate day after purchase to confirm we were happy to wait for our items or if we wanted to substitute them for something available now. Our items turned up exactly within the time frame provided at purchase. Customer service was very responsive and obliging with providing information and reassurance throughout our purchase. I would highly recommend this company and its furniture products to anyone, especially first-time parents who just don't know what to get, the nursery set made our decision very easy and we are excited to use it all!

Love this chair!! Ended up staying at the hospital a couple of days after Bub was born and the chair I used to feed baby in was awful and uncomfortable, and coming home to this chair was the best! My husband had originally not been 100% sold on having a fancy nursery chair but when we got home he instantly said he was so glad we had it and that it was the best and most comfy chair, especially after having used the hospital ones! Absolutely love it and it looks super cute in the nursery!

Very good product, nice finish value for money. Easy to select from website and easy to order. Delivery is a nightmare. Was late, no proper tracking system and came in a ute. Lucky that i was at home to assit the driver to take the goods off from the ute. Please improve on delivery company.

Absolutely one of my best purchases. I use it every day, and my little one and I even fall asleep on it. A built-in cup holder would make it even better.

I ordered a few items during the sales which were delivered in separate boxes / dates. I had fantastic customer service, spoke with the same customer service officer each time (Audrey) who was lovely and committed to helping me track my items. Responses from customer service are prompt and always helpful.

I have not got my recliner yet as i only ordered today however i called the help number and they answered the phone within the forst few rings, so fast! The person on the phone was super helpfull aswell! My Sister has the Recliner chair and has recommeded it. Super excited

We absolutely love our CoZee Breeze Lite Co-sleeping Bassinet. The design is beautiful and fits perfectly in our space, and the Whitewash Ash and Mushroom colourway is so neutral and calming. It feels sturdy, well-made, and thoughtfully designed for both baby and parents. The breathable mesh sides give great peace of mind, and it was easy to assemble and adjust.
