So impressed with the service and products. We needed a replacement part for our rocker (bought second hand) and they were more than happy to accommodate. We spoke directly with a member of their team and she was so friendly. Very rare to have such understanding, personal and helpful service in a company these days.

Very bad quality due to top drawer not closing and opening properly. You need to use two hands to close it and even then the right side pops out. It also makes a lot of noise. Very annoying when holding bub and you can’t use both hands. Bub also wakes from the sound of the drawer. It’s not as described. We had someone come by to try and fix it when I was heavily pregnant, but issue persists. Since having bub we haven’t gotten around to contacting the team (again). My friend has the same set and has the same issue. For the price you pay, this is just so disappointing. I wish I never bought the set (+ the cot) since now I’m stuck with it. My advice; invest in smth else.

We love this chair so much! It's a beautiful colour although our baby isn't due till January 2027. We often go in the room and just sit in the chair as it's so comfortable it's already made a beautiful addition to the nursery.

So glad we went with the Maya Electric Recliner Glider in Vintage Rust! The color is gorgeous in person and adds such a nice, warm vibe to the room. It’s crazy comfortable, and the electric recline and glide are super smooth and quiet, such a lifesaver when you're trying to keep a baby asleep. Plus, it’s not super bulky, so it fits perfectly in our small apartment without taking over the space. Quality is amazing too. Couldn’t recommend Il Tutto enough!
