Amazing service. We originally had an issue with our chair coming from a wholesaler (most likely during transport) The issue was acknowledged by Il Tutto and a replacement chair was sent out promptly. The replacement chair was packaged and handled much better and the delivery was extremely quick. The chair is very comfy and a pleasure to use with our little boy. Would highly recommend.

I have lived in this chair for 2. 5 weeks (so far) post c-section. The gliding and rocking features have saved me from having to use my abs. Love love love! Also looks beautiful and is super comfy :). Shipping was super quick and assembly took about 10 minutes.
