Great smaller chair for the size of our room. I find the recliner aspect very hard to use (it requires some force) but I’ve spent a lot of time in the chair and I’m happy with the purchase.

Fantastic customer service! I had a slight issue with a piece of connecting hardware from my 5-year old cot (used for my first born till 3yo, now using for my second born), I was quickly contacted by Audrey in Customer Support and have a replacement part on its way in the post, all before close of business. I have purchased 3 different items (cot, bassinet, rocking chair) from this company over the years, this has been the first issue I’ve had with any item and it was resolved promptly and professionally.
