Fantastic customer service! I had a slight issue with a piece of connecting hardware from my 5-year old cot (used for my first born till 3yo, now using for my second born), I was quickly contacted by Audrey in Customer Support and have a replacement part on its way in the post, all before close of business. I have purchased 3 different items (cot, bassinet, rocking chair) from this company over the years, this has been the first issue I’ve had with any item and it was resolved promptly and professionally. This is the comfiest nursing chair I could find combined with a more modern style. The pockets are perfect, the electric recline has helped me sleep and the texture the fabric is perfect. Shipping was surprisingly fast.
