Customer service could be better

My candle doesn’t have a scent unless you put your nose right over the flame. I purchased only because Laura from Garden Answer loved her balsam and cedar candles. I thought I’d give it a try and purchased a small candle. Even though it was wrapped in plastic, really no scent. Sad.

I got my candles in a timely manner and the packaging to prevent breakage was perfect!

I ordered the Balsam & Cedar aromatic diffuser and absolutely love the scent. We actually leave it out all year with just a few diffusers so it can give us a mild scent once in a while! I ordered the product after watching “Garden Answer” with Laura and Aaron on YouTube. Thank you! I will definitely order more products in the future!

Trimmed wick but soot everywhere - very disappointed. For several years I have purchased Illume winter white (multiple) for the season because they are my absolute favorite. This has never happened before. I am lighting them in the same spot under the same conditions as prior years, so I can only assume that the product itself has changed in quality.

Efficient delivery

Two arrived cracked. The service rep was wonderful to work with. I sent a photo from my phone and had new ones within days. The fragrance is amazing
