My order arrived on time. Despite being well packaged one of the candles broke. I reached out to customer service, and they sent me a replacement right away. I've been obsessed with the blackberry absinthe scent all summer. I ordered a pine candle for the holidays, and it is perfect. Clean strong scent. Very satisfied customer, I'll be ordering from Illume again.
