Love love love your candles! And your customer service is excellent! So glad I “found” you!

Excellent company with great customer service and amazing candles!

I waited a year for the restock of a candle I loved. They sent me an email to let me know it was happening - so happy. LOVE my candles.

When is pink pepper is my favorite will you please bring it back! Spray & roller.

My favorite place to buy candles! Always have a good mix of old favorites and new scents. Strongly scented candles are a good value. Shipped quickly and always well- packed! I’ve ordered dozens of candles and never received a broken one!

It's all good , enjoy my orders !

Excellence and beauty.

Fast shipping. Beautifully packaged products. High quality products - I’m a fan of the BlackBerry Absinthe line.

5⭐️, GREAT! Candles were all carefully packaged and received as promised! The smell is amazing! Thank you!

The online experience and shipping have always been great. However, the diffuses themselves are a bit disappointing. They barely give off a scent farther than a 6in radius

Illume has impeccable customer service. They handled a problem with my order and replaced a damaged candle, which was apparently broken in shipping, promptly. They are very friendly and efficient. I would not hesitate to order candles from them again and I will!

Order 45678 Terra Tabac is AMAZING! Great products, fast shipping. I'm a Forever ILLUME' fan! Terra Tabac is exotic, romantic, peaceful, comforting, earthy and warm. This unique and hypnotic fragrance transports me to another time and place. A must-have for our home. Thank you so much.

LOVE these candles.

Great packaging perfect!

Love your scents

Very pleasant easy experience using their website. The only problem I had was that the items in the sale category had no description. This is not the first time I’ve ordered from them, all of their products are extremely high-quality.

Love these candles, the scents are delicious!
