Great company, fast shipping via fed ex, great customer service and information on the products. My cat likes some of the canned foods. He is 16 years old and has no teeth so he basically licks the food. He loves the American Bison, which comes in a 3 oz. can which is perfect.

I think this is a wonderful company. They are honest and try to make the healthiest pet food possible. My 16 year old cat (who has no teeth) has been eating the canned wet food from Identity from time to time. . The lower phosphorous content is better for his kidneys. The 3 oz. can of American Bison is a perfect size and pate with lots of gravy for him to lick. I bought the large sampler box and look forward to trying the other flavors on him. He is very fussy so if I find something he likes, I stock up on it . . . Thank you Identity Pet!

I was searching for a high quality cat food for my two picky senior cats amd they loved this one!

My two senior cats have gotten very picky, and I'm always looking for the best for my two furry family members. They loved every flavor except the chicken (but they don't like chicken anything, so it was no surprise. lol) I just wish the sampler came in a big case, my cats loved the variety of tastes. This was my first order, but I'm back to order more.

Our Frenchie Hugo, has lots of food allergies and cannot tolerate any chicken, duck or egg products . It’s very hard to find a quality dog food that doesn’t contain one of those ingredients! Identify was an answer to a prayer - we started him on the lamb canned dog food and recently ordered the pork to give him some variety - his skin is clearing up, he has stopped itching and he just loves it!!

One of our cats developed a sensitivity to commercial cat food forcing us to a prescription diet. Not only expensive but pretty limited in choices I stated to look into alternatives. Identity has totally fit the bill. No added fillers or ingredients to upset his system and now 2 flavors to alternate from. I started with the variety pack and tried each flavor to see what would work for his system and what he would eat. The prescription food he liked was rabbit, so that was a hit, and he really liked the Bison. I haven't gone back to prescription food and plan to try another variety pack to see if we can add a 3rd flavor for him. I did ask my veterinarian about what to avoid in non-prescription food as a guide.

My cat unfortunately has IBD, a chicken & turkey allergy, as well as early kidney disease. Thank goodness my daughter recommended Identity to me, after having discovered this brand for her own cat who had a chicken allergy. I appreciate the fact that Identity uses limited proteins in their formulas & they’re all low in phosphorus. Although this food is pricey, it’s very high quality & my IBD/CKD cat loves it, so I will continue to purchase it. Please don’t ever stop making it!

This food is amazing. I bought this to rotate with the lamb for my ibd kitty. I also have another cat. They both LOVE this food and so do I.

Shipping has been fast and food is always still frozen. Customer service responds quickly with any questions or concerns.

I have two dogs that love the Bison Identity. Use as an add in for one dog and a topper for the other. Both dogs are picky eaters and now they eat all of their food.

My cats love Identity food and I know they are being well nourished. It's been a bit challenging to find a high quality food for my cats but I feel secure with this.

My cat loves the chicken pate and I am very happy that it will be healthier for her kidneys and will enhance her well-being. I appreciate that it is made in Canada where the standards are higher for pet food production. I wish standards were higher in the States but they aren't and I am always ready to support our good friends and neighbors in the north.

Identity Pet Nutrition is a life saver! The prescription food my cats depend on has been sold out for months, and I was panicking as my supply dwindled. None of the alternative brands I researched were of acceptable quality. Then we found Identity Pet. Our cats love it! Quality is unmatched. Customer service is excellent. It is more expensive than our pricey prescription food, but I can't imagine our kitties are going to let us switch back.
