I loved my original Hooga red light device but it began to malfunction about 15 months after I purchased it, despite impeccable care. I contacted customer service, submitted the requested photo proof of the problems, and my concerns were promptly addressed. Within less than a week, I was right back to daily sessions with a fully-functioning device. I'm impressed with the benefits of Hooga red light therapy and recommend their devices to others, in addition to using them in my medical practice.

I own a Hooga Pro 300, a Hooga Handheld Red Light Therapy HG 24 and the Red Light Therapy Torch with Precision Tip. I love all my Hooga products and wouldn't trade any of them for the world. I use the Pro 300 for my face and chest mostly. I have Covid Cough and it is the only thing that works to stop the coughing. I use the Torch for tooth and gum aches, problem gone in minutes. Also small headaches. The HG 24 is a bulb that I keep close when my knee, wrist or any place that hurts. It is fast and easy to resolve the problem. My husband, who doesn't believe in much, especially Red Light Therapy, will use it mostly on his back. He now swears by it! Now all I have to do is save the money to get the Red Light Therapy Hat . . . : )

As good as gold. Thanks for the infrared eye mask. Being new to hooga, with 15 years infrared light experience, I enjoy these Hooga products for the quality of material, design, integrity and intensity of the lights.
