Awesome results from Hooga belt!

Customer service was super quick and helpful. Sadly my first Dot was a dud but I am loving the replacement and with the first one’s strap it can be placed over larger body areas! I do wish the charge lasted longer but with 10 min treatment times in such a tiny package, it is still pretty amazing. I intend to get more in future. I love the Cup too and how easy it is to stick on areas I can’t reach with standard cups. I’m a Hooga fan!!

Device arrived on time and in perfect condition

I received my first hooga and I understood the directions completely and used it as told but it was not what I ordered so when I got my replacement I sent the first one back. I have been unable to use it for the last 10 days because I suppose I used it incorrectly because I either burned myself or have a bad case of hives. The directions are not clear on this one - how do I decide about brightness? There is an explanation but it’s not meant for the lay person. The unit itself seems very good but the digital screen is difficult to use. Instead of it accepting my changes ( I am using on 2 different areas for 2 different reasons ) it immediately turns on and doesn’t always change the way I expect. I’m hoping to try again in a week or so when my skin heals but I definitely need to have more info about use. The website and customer service I received to date have been excellent - if I can use it without issue in the future you will receive the 5 stars

I bought the PRO 300 a year ago. I used it to heal the stitches from a skin tag surgery in my back. I was scheduled to go for the second skin tag surgery on the other side of my back. To my surprise the second skin tag dissolved from the red light while treating the stitches from the surgery. This was awesome. My doctor was impressed. We purchased the Ultra 750 with the optional stand October 8, 2025. Shipping was quick and the boxes were delivered undamaged. We use it on our back and legs/knees for pain. My wife also uses it for breathing and skin. The red-light therapy has definitely helped and will continue to do so. The unit is built solid, very high quality. We are going to purchase the same one for our daughter. We both use it at least 3 times a week.

So far I’m loving my electric RLT Cup! As a registered acupuncturist, I do a lot of cupping on others but have been limited in my abikity to cup myself. The cup is a game changer allowing me to cup areas I can’t normally reach! Thank you. So far, I’ve only used the cup, which is pretty noisy, on one regular client and she didn’t mind the noise & really liked the results so I’ll be offering it to more. But sadly I’m in Canada and, due to tarrifs, the cost for getting more sent up here has become cost prohibitive and the timing to cross the border has increased notably . But if I go down for a longer trip/visit to family, I’ll be looking into purchasing more! As for the Dot, the one I got was a dud out of the box. Customer service response was super fast & a replacement is about to be shipped. I want to love it & look forward to using such a handy portable RLT device anywhere and everywhere. Then if/when I love it, I’ll likely get more to fit them together to cover larger body parts.
