Hooga is a scam. I never received the device I ordered. Tracking information was not provided.

Battery doesn't work and the belt is useless without it. The battery wouldn't charge on arrival, we had it replaced with a second battery which charged once and wouldn't charge again.

Your helmet does not fit in a regular size head. It's too big and doesn't stay put. if you don't keep holding all the time it will fall back and pull off your hair. Costumer service is a joke - they did nothing besides of sending me to an AI response email and later on when I finally talked to someone they said "this never happen before". And I promptly reply that i don't think that's true, maybe that's why you only keep 3, 5 stars review on your website. I'm sure you're not gonna post this, but Hooga - be better! Maybe next time try on the products you fabricate to see if they're gonna work like advertised. Never buying here again.

I really have enjoyed my Hooga face mask since I received a month ago. It works great, and the battery is very long-lasting. I am hoping to get the neck red light therapy soon!

I just had a problem with my Hooga RLT Belt, a short in my controller cord. These guys, the support team are . . . . . AWESOME! Every time I called on them, they got right back to me. They handled my problem, and now I am back to using my belt, which I don't want to go without. This belt, Hooga's product, is a game changer. It works on every health problem I have tried it on. It reduces inflammation, which is a huge part of the problem. If you are considering Red Light Therapy for any of your problems, do yourself a favor and just do it. They are the best price with good quality products. I am very happy I gave them a try. You will be too!

I have had my red light therapy pod for about a month and cannot report much yet but it does work well and is a very soothing experience. Had a knee replacement 9 months ago and am trying to help repair and strengthen the muscles in addition to conventional methods so this is a great addition for me.

The Ultra 1500 helps me with my back problems and provides an overall better physical feeling. I seem to breath better and notice I get a much more restful night's sleep.

I had been literally praying about guidance for my severe gum disease. I paid $6000 for a surgery on my gums to get them to grow down. After a painful two weeks, the result was not much better than previously. Then I paid $4000 for what the periodontist calls, a deep cleaning. I was just about to fork over $4000 more for another deep clean when an article about infrared light came to my attention (prayer!), and I started down the proverbial research rabbit hole. I purchased your mouthpiece because it had three levels of mouth help; bacteria cleanse, gum light, and near-infared light frequency! This was the important component to stimulating collagen for tissue regrowth. I have used it every day since my purchase, and I kid you not, MY GUMS ARE GROWING BACK AROUND ALL MY TEETH!! One tooth was protruded an inch from the gumline. . . . an inch! Now it is 1/2 inch! The tissue is growing back, and my gums are so happy. My next $4000 dollar appointment is in September, and I am going to cancel my appointment! Then I will make an appointment to see the perio and show him what $100 of infrared light will do!! He needs to know!! This product truly works! I wish I had taken pictures!

This is a great product for the price. It is hard to use after a while without the stand so I recommend buying that additionally.

I am a loyal Hooga customer as I’ve seen great results with their products in a short amount of time! Currently I have an HG300 panel, a Hooga full body blanket, and I just purchased the Ultra 360 to round out my red light therapy home setup. I experienced some problems with the fan on my new 360, and contacted customer service to troubleshoot. Customer service was extremely responsive, helped me with the panel defect, and sent me a replacement right away. I really appreciate Hooga and recommend their products to everyone I can!
