The service is top notch (I have some questions before buying), and the light is awesome. I bought the belt and have had it for a few months. Also, we live in Canada and sometimes it takes weeks to get a delivery from US companies, but I had my Hooga within days of ordering.

My son is currently going through chemotherapy for lymphoma, and mucositis has been one of the difficult side effects he’s had to deal with. We started using red light therapy as part of his supportive care, and it has been something we’ve been grateful to have during this journey.

I purchased the Hooga HG300 about a month ago to help manage my bone on bone osteoarthritis symptoms. I use it every day and it truly is helping greatly. My knee is not as stiff as it was, nor does it "catch" as much as it did before I started using this device. It will help me manage my symptoms until I am mentally prepared for a total knee replacement.

I have purchased the face/neck, belt and most recently the pod. However, my POD arrived damaged the electrical pack) I wanted to return it, but it was so big/heavy it was a challenge. Customer service worked with me through many emails both AI and human, and we finally were able to resolve the issue

I love my Hoga mask. I wear it every day when I get home from work lay back and relax. I look forward to it daily. This morning I had an issue and contacted Hoga by email. Literally within one hour I had a tracking number and a brand new mask being shipped out to me. I don’t know about you, but I have never had customer service this fantastic. All I have to say is Hoga has superior customer service at such a difficult and frustrating time.

I could go into the science, and trust me I know it. I've been studying PBM for a while now. Its a time machine. Its self realization. Its a new lease on life. Bought the PRo750 and tabletop stand. Both items are solid and well crafted. I would highly recommend hooga RLT products.

I purchased the HG300 model suggested by my chiropractor about a month ago. His office offers red light therapy sessions for $85 a session. I purchased this unit for $180 with my new customer discount. I have been dealing with plantar fasciitis for 7 months and working with physical therapy . It’s slowly getting better but since using the RLT, I feel like the progress is getting me back to pain free. Finally! I use the unit 5-6 times a week. I wish it was a magic box that just made pain disappear, but it’s been another great tool for improving my PF.

I use my panel for 5 minutes every morning while my coffee is brewing. My night vision is better, the small crusty skin things, I had on my face, are gone. Best $300 I’ve spent and my FSA did reimburse me after a quick phone call. The panel last 20 years, too.

Love the large horizontal rack with two 1500 lights and two 750 lights. My wife uses it every day!

I love how sturdy this device is. It is much better than the masks I have used. I think it has a positive effect on my skin in only four weeks. I highly recommend. Even my husband, a dermatologist, thought it was not necessary but he now thinks it is actually working. Good value for the price.

The first order was delivered to someone else, even though Hooga has my full address and post code. Hooga have very kindly sent my product again, which is in transit. I'm so looking forward to receiving my order, but very nervous about its safe delivery because I cannot fathom how it could be delivered wrongly and of course very dissappointed with whomever took delivery accepted it even though it had my name and address on it.

I bought 2 of the Pro Sauna’s. A couple of weeks before I knew Hooga was introducing new models…bummer. I would have chosen the new models. Also one of the remotes was / is not working. I'll contact customer service about this. Other than that the lights are well built and work well inside of the Almost Heaven sauna.

Love my mat. There was a delay in shipment, but customer service was very responsive and accommodating. Love Hooga!
