I don't have much to say in this box. Nothing besides increased pain has happened. The machine arrived on time, etc.

It appears to work correctly and is sturdy. I use it 5-6 times a week, haven’t noticed anything yet but it is relaxing. I will continue use.

I am so impressed by their Customer Service policies. The issue I had was addressed immediately and resolved within minutes. It is refreshing to be treated with respect and to deal with a company with integrity. Thank you.

Delivery was on time. Love my mask . . already notice a difference. . . but wish it was a little snugger around the chin area.

Shipping was prompt and packaging was excellent. Installation in our small sauna was easy after I installed the required electrical outlet. The panel seems to work just fine and my wife and I have used it numerous times since installing.

Hooga is a great company! I have several of products from them, I use and them all! Can’t say that I have a favorite because they all target different areas. The one I use most frequently is the wrap. So versatile in areas that are in pain at any given moment. Their customer service is top notch, I had a question and they got back to me very quickly. Have been thinking about red light therapy for a long time. So glad I finally got one. Hooga was highly recommended and I see why. Easy to use. Helped me with joint pain, back pain. Very relaxing. Great job

We love it. I have Venus insufficiency in my lower legs and my feet hurt. I notice that this light is making a positive difference. Also helps my eyes to slow down the progress of glaucoma (that was why my eye doctor recommended it to me. Can I use it more than the recommended 15 min daily. Is more better or will it have a negative effect?

This is my third Hooga device. I can’t say enough about the quality. I’ve been using red light for about 7 years. I started with a bulb and moved to a panel and then to a face mask. It truly has made a difference for my skin. Not only my skin but wound healing and deep muscles soothing. I’ve definitely noticed better sleep too. Hooga provides great quality products for the price. My newest addition is the face and neck mask. I love the ease of wearing it. It’s flexible and soft. Thanks Hooga for making an affordable and high quality product.

the stand was incredibly sturdy but did not work. turns out unit did not fit properly on stand. when attached it did not allow access to switch or plug on back. NOW HANGING ON BACK OF DOOR. WORKS BEAUTIFULLY!!!!

I was expecting cheap plastic stuff but instead was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy and high quality this light feels. We are loving it.

My boyfriend has long covid and this device is a game changer. I asked Claud which device was the best for inflammation & this is the one it recommended for home use. It also helps me sleep.
