I love my book light. It’s perfect for the times I wake up in the middle of the night and I can read my Bible. The red light is perfect for reading. I had wanted this product for a while, so glad I went for it.

Instructions are seriously lacking. But it's not rocket science. Have a bit of buyers remorse. Saw VERY similar units on TEMU with same wavelength for a third of the price. Both likely made on same assembly line.

I’ve used a red light belt before and loved it from another company, but it took a long time to arrive like almost 2 months in the quality was not as high and the product broke within a few weeks of use. It took months to get it replaced. With Hugo, the product arrived within a few days of ordering and is much higher quality. I have been using my Hooga red light therapy face mask and neck collar for a while now and I have been very pleased. There is a significant improvement in my neck and décolleté area. I have been very pleased with it. It's affordable, easy to use, and has multiple setting so you can adjust it to what works best for you. I've personally found it to be beneficial and a great addition to my routine. What really stands out, though, is their customer service. My husband has purchased red light therapy panels from Hooga and I have a red light therapy mask and neck piece. Had a slight issue with my neck piece. I recently received my PRO300 small panel. Couldn’t be happier. Previously I was using the HG300, which I liked, but this new one is a wonderful upgrade.
