We purchased the red light bed (like a sleeping bag) almost 2 years ago. The controller stopped working, so we couldn't get the red lights to come on. I contacted customer service and immediately received an email asking about the type of controller etc. Within 2 days they were sending me a new controller. Amazing customer service. It is so seldom to get a response so quickly. Also, that they stand behind their product even a year and a half later. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a red light product.

I purchased the Pro300 early this year to help with facial and body scarring following a traumatic MVC and let me just say, I do believe this has helped my tissue repair tremendously! Hooga customer service has also been amazing to deal with, especially being it has been a rough recovery in general. I appreciate their promtpness and willingness to help. Since using the Hg300 for about a month, I have not needed any ibuprofen or acetaminophen to get through the work day with my knee. I also have been able to start using the elliptical . It works so great on any arthritic or muscle/joint strain pain. I LOVE it!! I am hoping to invest in a bigger panel in the near future. I like that they are a local midwest company as well.
