I got my belt much quicker than anticipated. After having an unusual experience with the battery, I was connected promptly with a customer service rep that tried to help me through. When it seemed the battery was damaged, they immediately sent a replacement, free of charge. The Hooga team is so professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Their customer service is exceptional. 10/10 would recommend.

I use my Hooga hg1000 with stand everyday. I always had burning knees. I haven’t felt a burn in months! Highly recommend!

I don’t know what the review is for ? The ease of using it results. Since this is my first time using it can speak on results. All I know is there was not much info in the information card. Had to go to you tube to see how to connect everything . And it’s not exactly easy using controls as not only am I not very tech savvy but was hard to read what it said, as I need reading glasses to see. And how can you use glasses with the mask on? And won’t the controller run out of charge. Then what.

It is really nice piece and not expensive like others and it has been working great on me and my husband’s shoulders.

Easy to setup and use over our massage table. Especially like the automatic timer shut off feature. It took a while to get our 'Exercise/Health room' setup, so we have only been using it for a little over a week. It's too early for use to notice any significant results. But, we are hoping the research claims we have seen on the internet are true to help with a less than optimal thyroid. We have been using per recommended times daily. We have friends waiting for a report after six months of usage. Best wishes to all.

Great product!

I got this panel a month ago and and been using it almost every day since. My boyfriend didn't understand it but he is also using it with me. He tells me he does notice a difference in his pain! I use it after I shower and sit in front of it. It is well made, very sturdy and heavy duty. I got the over the door hook but I haven't tried that yet. I just put it on the floor and sit in front of it or I put it on my nightstand and just lay on my bed. I love it! It is heavier than I thought but not a deal breaker. I am happy I got this size instead of the smaller tabletop!

Im using the Oral light therapy for appx 1 month. Was schedule for 2 teeth to be extracted. I will if needed rescheduled appt. Trying to give product a couple months and see if it helps. So far gums are better and 1 tooth upper left feels stronger, I can gentle chew, previous no chew & pain. So far doing well. Also using a natural tooth paste product that supports & nourishes gums. So hopefully im on the right pathway. Thank you so much! There are a few things id change would be a flap of sorts on top to cover red light! But overall product is great investment!

I am enjoying my Hooga blanket a lot. It's relaxing and I feel I'm receiving health benefits by using it. You were wonderful in sending a replacement when my first blanket quit working and I can't thank you enough. The 2nd blanket is working as expected except for the power box that goes to it which gets very hot. I'm hoping that isn't a problem and I do unplug it after each use. Plan on letting my son, who was recently diagnosed with leukemia, use it for the achy joints he's experiencing with treatment. Hoping it helps him as well. Thank you again for your prompt responses and replacing the faulty first one.

Received our panel quickly and packaged wonderfully. Began using for my son's eczema that isn't always managed with his biolagic medication and after using the red light for 30 days we are seeing improvements to his overall inflammation & skin barrier already.
