I payed for the expedited shipping for a vacuum hose. The part didnt end up shipping until after the estimated delivery date. I should have just saved my money and went with standard shipping, or even going to the dealership myself. I emailed about this problem and received no help, just an explanation stating the part was not in stock. Never once stated on the website before purchase.

This transaction started out that I contacted support with a question and they answer it. So, I did my own research and rolled the dice. Placed an order but saw no shipping action for a couple of days. I contacted support by email and got an answer that they didn’t have the parts in stock. They quoted a week for them to come in. But then, they beat that delivery time by a few days. So, that was good. How could this have been better? (1) estimate of time to ship before placing the order. Next best, (2) an email follow up to the order advising of an estimated ship date. That aside, I’ll know what to expect next time. All in all, not a bad experience. Just not a great one either. I would probably do business again.

Amazing Prices and Everything Oem

Easy online transaction but shipping took 2 weeks. Was not notified that they had to special order the part & had to wait for it to get in inorder for them then to ship out to me. I had to contact them to see what was going on as I never received an update for tracking. That's when they notified me what was going on. Other then that great service as they responded efficiently. As for FedEx box came damaged lucky part was not affected!
