Great response time to inquiries. I had an issue with the part I received and they sent me a prepaid shipping label and replaced the part quickly. I will do business with them again. My only recommendation would be to not require a signature on receipt of part but overall that is minor.

Majestic used to be THE GO TO. But, They got rid of a bunch of drawings I need and used constantly to order parts. I now have to look up the part number somewhere else and search for it in vacuum. Huge pain. Bring back to old drawings that showed EVERY PART! Also, just get killed on shipping. I have to strategically order a bunch of parts. And because the part is order able, I don't know until after I order it if it's in their warehouse, or in California, or in Japan. Will I get it in 4 day, 4 weeks, or 4 months? They'll tell you AFTER you buy

The outer shipping box arrived badly squished from mishandling, and several parts inside were missing their original Honda OEM packaging. Instead of factory-sealed bags with printed labels, they were sent in generic zip bags with the part numbers handwritten in ink, making it difficult to verify their authenticity. We paid premium price to receive OEM parts instead of using aftermarket parts for a lot cheaper.

Part arrived in a few days and worked perfectly.
