Package - my parts were adequate protected in their shipping box and arrived in perfect condition. Shipping - My credit card required pre-approval, which is unusual for even large orders, however, after waiting for me to respond to an email, my parts were shipped in a timely manner and in-time for me to keep my repair schedule. Service - I did not realize (2) of the parts I ordered were an assembly containing (2) parts each. When I explained what happened I was allowed to return the unopened & unneeded smaller parts for a full and timely refund. Sites was great and price was fine except the shipping was ridiculous. Two tiny wiper fluid nozzles was almost $20! Maybe the shipping includes “handling”? Seems like all of these sites use shipping to pad profits. Otherwise order was sent promptly and parts fit.
