Five stars. The items that I ordered were advertised as genuine Honda parts; so was the packaging. The price was right. They were easily installed and worked perfectly. If future needs arise, I will go here, before the local dealership.

2 of my tire valve covers missing/stolen(?). Honda does not allow owners to purchase the same type of valve covers. They were metal. So had to settle for plastic ones. Sad face.

I cannot thank the team at Honda Automotive Parts enough for literally saving the day when I was in an absolute bind. Unexpectedly, and at the worst possible timing, my car was diagnosed with an issue requiring a part that was completely unavailable at any neighboring dealership or within driving distance. To make matters worse, I live in an area where getting around without a car is nearly impossible. My entire livelihood depended on getting this part; until then, my mobility was completely grounded. Normally, I don't trust ordering major purchases online and prefer to steer clear of it. But in this desperate situation, I didn't have any other options. Right away, I was thrilled to actually speak to a live person. Tim was incredibly helpful in answering all my questions and addressing my concerns about what would happen once I placed the order. His reassurance gave me the confidence to move forward. A few days after placing my order, I followed up and spoke to Carlos. He was also extremely helpful, answering all my questions regarding the anticipated delivery date. He walked me through exactly what to expect in the upcoming days, including when I would receive an email with my tracking number. Everything he shared happened exactly as he said it would. I can't thank Carlos and Tim enough for all their help. They completely exceeded my expectations and gave me the peace of mind I needed to trust that I was making the right decision.
