Shipping was very long and they delivered it on time.

Amazing. Couch is phenomenal. Delivery service kept us up to date all through the process. Even though they gave us an original window of 6-9pm on Saturday they did not show up till 10pm, due to a major accident in the area, but they informed us throughout the delay. They put the couch together and took away all the boxes and left our home without any issues.
