This was our second major furniture purchase with Coleman and won’t be the last! The furniture is solid and great quality, but the delivery team is amazing and very respectful of the property!!

Great entertainment console and it came just as described. Fireplace looks great and works well. We had an issue with one door handle, but Coleman and the manufacturer sent us a new one without issue. White glove delivery guys were really good and they took very good care of the item and our house as they walked through. All around, very pleased.

The furniture I ordered was listed as 3-4 weeks to ship but shipped within 1 week. While I usually would appreciate the promptness, I ended up shipping it to an address that wasn’t mine yet. Other than that service was fine.

Package arrived well packaged and in two days! Needed help completing the order and the online assistant was very helpful. Will check Coleman first for furniture in the future.

Easy ordering ad set up delivery

It took three weeks to receive our bedroom set, but it was well worth the wait. Beautiful and high quality, and the white glove delivery service was impeccable.

Furniture is fabulous, delivery not so much. When the furniture was delivered, the guy measured our door and said it wouldn’t fit. We live in a 3000 sq ft colonial with a normal size front door. We asked if he could take off the packing/cardboard off and then try? He said no. He did bring them up on the front porch. After leaving them in the driveway. It was about to rain. Lucky we have 2 strong sons who came over that evening and moved the furniture into the house. Yes, they had to tilt the sofas to get them in the door, but isn’t that normal?? I would give one star for delivery, I mean they DID get it to our address :woman-facepalming:.
