I had to call twice to get a shipping date, so it took almost two weeks longer than advertised to receive my items. The delivery drivers were over-scheduled, so they arrived an hour late. But once they came, they were professional and put everything together quickly. They also helped move my old dining table into my basement to make room for the new dining table. I would order from Coleman again.

I ordered the foundation and the mattress at the same time I ordered a bed. The shipping information about the foundation and mattress was more vague, and I feared that delivery would be delayed, In the end, the two pieces arrived just one day after the bed frame. The bedframe was a bit fiddly to put together, but not difficult and it seems very solid.

Delivery and setup was a breeze.
