The customer service was wonderful easy to get ahold of, the white glove delivery was fast simple and they were very friendly.

The furniture itself is excellent. I’m really happy with how it looks and feels. That said, delivery and assembly took much longer than promised. The delays and miscommunication were frustrating.

We got a message that the chair was ready to ship, but didn't hear when it would go. We sent an email, and we got an answer several days later. While disappointed that it took so long to get an answer, we were told we would get an update, which we did a few days afterwards. It took a little longer than expected to arrive at the house (at least 5 weeks), but it came. We received a message a week in advance on what day to expect it, and it came on that day. We got a call from the delivery guys that it would arrive in about 40 minutes, which was really nice to know when to expect them. It was a long wait, but we like the chair, so overall happy with our purchase.
