This is my fourth grinder. I think this grinder is as good a grinder as you can get for home use, and performs as well as grinders three times its price. It comes with aftermarket SSP Redspeed EP burrs and they were perfectly aligned right out of the box. It was really easy to zero it. I inspected the grinding chamber, and the way it is configured this would be low retention even without the bellows, which reduce retention even further. They say the DF 54 is good value, but the step up from 150 W to 250 W is significant, and the wider case theoretically helps keep burr alignment. It just seems much more durable. No complaints about the order process and delivery, it all went smoothly.

So far after a few weeks of us learning how to use it, so far we love it! After coming back from a trip to Europe we now can enjoy some of our favourites at home. Rated it as 4 as it is still early. Home Coffee has been great to deal with.

Ordering and pick up was a breeze. After using this machine for a month, it delivers great coffee every time and is definitely worth the money . All I can say is no more Tim Hortons.

This machine is a dream. Looks sleek and is easy to use. Coffee tastes great and the milk frother/steamer is designed beautifully. It was an indulgent purchase but I am so happy with it. I can't wait to wake up in the morning for a cup of coffee! Or a latte, or. . . . whatever I want! PS - I initially ordered this product off of Amazon and it was thrown into a random brown box and sent to me with missing parts. I am so happy I found the 5500 through Coffee Solutions. It was shipped brand new in the Phillips box just as if I bought it off the shelf. (And a few bucks cheaper too!).

Perfect fit and much better quality than the original part. It feels sturdier and has an improved attachment system that uses a screw instead of the flimsy plastic tabs on the original knobs.

I will be buying this coffee again, and again. I love this coffee, and I can't find it at any stores. I used to buy from Amazon but it is very scarce. This coffee is my only indulgence, so I was pleased to find it on your site.
