Ordered coffee kcups with added delivery protection. Definitely worth it since only one of two packages arrived on delivery day. Called the company and received the package next day.

After ordering, 3 or 4 days went by with no shipping notification. I called to see when it would be shipped and discovered Canadian weather was causing the delay. She threw in a free box of coffee for the extra wait time for free and was really nice. Best customer service I've ever had.

this is fantastic coffee, I could rarely get it in my local Save On food store, as it was sold out fast. I have wanted to buy it in a box instead of bulk, and now I was able to get it.
