Great tasting coffee and great customer service.

It makes great espresso shots. It actually tastes better than coffee from fancy cafes. Wish the water container can hold more volume but it is what it is. Im glad that I went with Delonghi instead of Philips.

Ordered our favorite coffee and it was the best price by far. Coming from Canada to US took an extra week or two but worth the wait.

I absolutely love this machine! The craftsmanship is outstanding and the feature set is incredible. The steam wand is powerful and delivers continuous steam without hesitation. If you enjoy Americanos, this machine is definitely for you. The programmable pre-infusion is fantastic, and I’m now also experimenting with the manual flow control. In short, I don’t have enough good things to say about this machine, and I wouldn’t hesitate to purchase it again. On top of that, the customer service I received throughout the buying process was exceptional—every question I had was answered thoroughly, and the staff went out of their way to put me at ease. HCS will be my go-to for all future home espresso purchases!
