Everything that I ordered arrived still fully frozen. On time, exactly when they said it would arrive.

The best we have found!

HG always crushes it. Perfect quality every time.

After 2 burgers - the freezer in the garage died an unnoticed death. The rest of the order was lost. I am in mourning. But I promise to reload and reorder in a few weeks. After all, life isn't about the setbacks; it's about the comebacks!

Shipping was fast and efficient. Product handled very well. Arrived safe and as expected.

steaks are always great.

Fantastic product best steaks around!

After ordering from you a number of times, I know which of your products I like best and which ones to pass on. What I ordered this time certainly met my expectations. The reason for my 3 star rating, however, is that there was virtually nothing available to buy when I went to your site this time. Not sure what is going on but that was definitely a disappointment as there were several things I was looking to purchase that were not available.

Although my order was placed during record breaking heat in Vegas, the burgers came perfectly frozen. I’m impressed!!

The products are great, and the service is excellent.

They went out of their way to accommodate my shipping needs.

Disappointed in these very expensive burger patties. Turned out to be tough and almost tasteless. Would not recommend or buy.

The steaks were not edible

The customer service is above and beyond, I was called to verify shipping information for my July 4th order. They were able to get it to me for the holiday weekend.Who does that kind of customer service anymore? Holy Grail does!

Great steaks!

Outstanding from start to finish!

Product was good as usual. I was disappointed of the lack of janpanese wagyu available (basically none).

Great showed up right on time

Your steaks and burgers are the best!!

I love steak and yours is the best!!
