They went out of their way to accommodate my shipping needs.

Disappointed in these very expensive burger patties. Turned out to be tough and almost tasteless. Would not recommend or buy.

The customer service is above and beyond, I was called to verify shipping information for my July 4th order. They were able to get it to me for the holiday weekend.Who does that kind of customer service anymore? Holy Grail does!

Great for a fast pan sear with a side of bacon tomato. All done in one cast iron skillet, finished with a port reduction. Date night mid week handled smooth and easy. Best steak ever!

Shipping took quite a while to arrive and the steaks were quite honestly not nearly as good as I was hoping for given the price point. They had great flavor but were tougher than I would expect from “Upper Prime”.

We finally tried Holy Grail steaks last night and they were superb! Wonderful customer service as well. The packing and shipping were excellent.

Overall, from the website to ordering the steak is very easy to use. Delivery came on time and was extremely delicious 😋 I cannot wait to try some of your other offerings.
