Fantastic product best steaks around!

After ordering from you a number of times, I know which of your products I like best and which ones to pass on. What I ordered this time certainly met my expectations. The reason for my 3 star rating, however, is that there was virtually nothing available to buy when I went to your site this time. Not sure what is going on but that was definitely a disappointment as there were several things I was looking to purchase that were not available.

Although my order was placed during record breaking heat in Vegas, the burgers came perfectly frozen. I’m impressed!!

The customer service is above and beyond, I was called to verify shipping information for my July 4th order. They were able to get it to me for the holiday weekend.Who does that kind of customer service anymore? Holy Grail does!

Great for a fast pan sear with a side of bacon tomato. All done in one cast iron skillet, finished with a port reduction. Date night mid week handled smooth and easy. Best steak ever!

Shipping took quite a while to arrive and the steaks were quite honestly not nearly as good as I was hoping for given the price point. They had great flavor but were tougher than I would expect from “Upper Prime”.
