Shipping was fast and flawless—packed with real care so the steaks arrived perfectly chilled. Communication from Holy Grail was just as impressive: clear updates, no guesswork, and a level of professionalism that made the whole experience feel premium from start to finish.
I have been a customer for years until now. The last order was mishandled terribly. To begin, the order did not arrive on time. Not even close. To make matters worse, Holy Grail never once reached out to me. I had to email Holy Grail repeatedly to get any kind of response whatsoever. And finally when you did respond you blamed the shipper. At no time did Holy Grail take responsibility. Once the order missed its second delivery date once again Holy Grail never contacted me. I had to write you again to get a response. Once again Holy Grail absolved itself of responsibility. That was too much for me. I’m sure you won’t miss my business as you barely acknowledged me as a customer. You didn’t hesitate to charge me immediately for the wagu that took a month to get. Btw, I have a birthday coming up soon and I wanted to treat myself to a nice wagu steak, which in the past I would have bought from Holy Grail. I ordered it from The Wagu Shop instead. Going forward I’ll be using that company for my future business as you have proven you do not value me as a loyal customer at all. I would suggest you do a better job of keeping customers informed and less work blaming others instead of taking responsibility. Very Disappointed Former Customer

I spent over $1000. 00 and will never use you again it is a scam. The worst customer service because there is none!
I emailed about my steak arriving unfrozen, I never heard back from them

As a past customer I have never had a problem with communicating with you. Until this past order. For some reason I received no responses to several of my queries. In the past you listed a telephone number for contact in addition to email. I’m not sure what the problem was but hopefully this issue will be rectified in the future. I have not tried the recent steaks yet but I’m hopeful they will be as good as in many past orders.
Terrible. You sent my order late, with the wrong meat, lesser quality but charged me the same! Left messages and emails and you have yet to call or email me back to fix it!

I was really excited to send my aging father some goodies from HGS since they came highly recommended. I placed my order, chose my delivery date, and paid the invoice. No problems at all in the beginning. Then (a week later) and 24 hours prior to my chosen shipping date, I received an email saying they were not able to ship my order the next day and it would go out the following week. Well, so much for the timing of my birthday gift to my dad. The items arrived just fine and are good quality, but a week late with no apology and no compensation offer of any kind. And to add insult to this, they didn't even honor my $25 off coupon that THEY sent me for my first order with them. Very disappointing. I do not recommend this company, nor will I be ordering from them again.
There was not enough dry ice used to pack my burger patties in the middle of August. One pack was slightly spongy. There was no solid ice left in the box. Also, I left this review through your corporate website and never received a reply.
My order went unfulfilled for three weeks. I had a difficult time reaching customer service to ascertain why there was a delay in shipping. Order was shipped when I was out of town, package arrived partially defrosted and steak and burgers weren't even labeled Holy Grail, but from a company called Red Top Farms, Never responded to my emails or phone messages. I don't know how a company can stay in business with a customer service that doesn't respond.
