I got the Wagyu burgers and they were absolute delicious. They are probably the best burgers that I have ever cooked.

Great steaks, but recently had questions on quality control! Steaks labeled wrong and some that had tears in the vacuum seal.

A couple times now I’ve purchased different kinds of the burger patties and other items, but they don’t come marked or labeled so I don’t know which is which.

The steaks are delicious and the customer service is outstanding!

When ordering the A5 Wagyu, I picked the delivery date to be before the 12th of October, since it was my son's 27th birthday. I received notice that the meat was delivered on the 12th and went down to the package room to retrieve it, it wasn't there. I emailed your company and a second order was delivered on the 16th, I wasn't there at the time as I travel back and forth between two States. The meat was spoiled and was thrown out by management. I have asked repeatedly for a refund, but to date I haven't received it. I will contact the Attorney General's Office.

Had to Google what a baseball steak was and was not disappointed. Tender and full of flavor, I’m not one for the full waygu experience, so these leaner butcher cuts hit the right mark of leanness with these breeds. Shared an 8 ounce steak with my wife. Plenty to enjoy

After 2 burgers - the freezer in the garage died an unnoticed death. The rest of the order was lost. I am in mourning. But I promise to reload and reorder in a few weeks. After all, life isn't about the setbacks; it's about the comebacks!
