We took receipt of a table and benches. Unfortunately, the table was faulty. We initially struggled to get through to holloways but once through got a response and an offer of a new delivery and collection. This was a bit lengthy. The second courier did not have a lift from the van and therefore it was impossible for the driver who was on his own to get the 70kg pallet off the van. We helped. I did think this was unacceptable and escalated this. In turn we were offered some compensation. We love the table This will not stop us using holloways in the future.

Delivery of Product ( a brass wall light) was delayed by several weeks which means electrician will have to come back to fit it. Probably not your fault but it would have been helpful to be warned about delays, The wall light is lovely

Some lights didn’t quite look how we imagined when they arrived - but returns process was easy and new selections arrived quickly and were perfect!
