We saw this light and the beehive element with go with other styling features in our new bathroom. Arrived quickly and really well packaged with no damage. Quality is fantastic and advice from Holloways was really useful.

Great selection! competitive prices and great discounts. Had a minor issue with an order which was promptly resolved by the service member. . . resulting in me ordering more items. Will frequent often and hunt for design bargains. One minor thing, physical store at wembley is cluttered and may not carry everything you see online.

Moving to Bath, Holloways of Ludlow has been invaluable and Ursula, in particular, has been incredibly helpful in suggesting and sourcing products that will work in our space.

Review was already written. Afterward, we were directed here, so we won’t repeat, other than to say that product is as expected (second to none), and the service leaves a lot to be desired. It is not good.

Firstly, we were delighted to find a stockist of a certain Anglepoise product, which were out of stock everywhere else. Then from the moment we ordered through Holloways, we were ‘nursed’ through the process, which was actually quite short because the carefully packed delivery arrived the next day. We were particularly pleased to give an independent business our order, rather than a huge multiple. I would make a point of going straight to their website again and would definitely recommend Holloways. They have clearly made great service a priority.

I am delighted with the quality of the two barstools I ordered. They are beautifully made and worth the 8-week wait. I would have liked more communication from the shop to say that there had been a delay with production and shipping. I had to ring up to find out an estimated delivery date. All in all, very good. Products are second to none.

Excellent and friendly service. I ordered a table/desk lamp and collected it in store (Wimbledon). They were happy to hold it for a a few days until I was able to visit. Really helpful advice and guidance.

I am really happy with my purchase. I bought a lamp - and because it is a UK based company - i was issue the correct plug - they also included a bulb - so it all worked perfectly when it arrived. It looks fantastic. The team are super too ❤️

I live in Jersey & have been doing all of my ordering with Lily, who has given me the best of attention, it’s really tricky sometimes getting things sent to the Channel Islands as there are issues with VAT & shipping & a lot of companies large & small just don’t want the bother or inconvenience! So far we’ve bought two products from Holloways of Ludlow. While our first product was delivered faulty, due to our extremely positive customer services experience it did not defer us from acquiring a second product, if anything we were in a way encouraged because we knew if anything was wrong we could count on the customer service team. Second product was received in perfect condition, we are now thinking of a third.

Amazing high quality products, staff in Bath store are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Having paid 8 weeks previously, an update on delivery would be nice, queries answered incorrectly by AI (would you like your query escalated? Definitely).

Had to chase up but prompt reply when I did and very happy with response . Delivery co send message to say being delivered after delivery. !

Ordered an item on 3 August 2025 with a 2-4 week delivery. 8 weeks later and item hasn’t arrived. Started emailing weekly for an update after 4 weeks and have received no response. Phone calls went unanswered too. Avoid this company.
