very good

item was very well packed and delivered on time

I ordered a diagnostic tool under the impression it would support my motorcycle. Unfortunately, it did not so I returned it. HIDS delivered the tool quickly and handled my refund equally as efficiently. Thank you HIDS. I would not let this unfortunate incident stop me from using HIDS again. I have to deduct one star because it did not support my bike as stated.
