I previously ordered 5 sets of packs for my rally car a couple of years ago - they have performed faultless - staff input was great. I recently had to buy more and whilst the staff input has been great again I have had many issues Visually the product bulbs look lesser quality, secondly the bulb spec deliver was not to spec ordered, third the spec required is on 14day back order ( which makes me think any old bulbs were packed to fulfill the order) Whilst Sam’s input and customer care is keeping me loyal, and the historical reliability of the product supplied has been excellent - I am concerned about this future supply
