Placing the order and receiving the order was great. I did get one product that was bad and it took over a week and several emails to get the issue resolved. I did not like the fact the the first email was an AI generated response that said a live person would be contacting me. Two day went by and never heard from anyone. Emailed again and still no response. 3rd email finally got a response and a refund for the item.

All items arrived with no problems. They arrived quickly and were ju tost as I expected. The web site is easy to use and I placed my order was completed easily. Items were easy to find and search for.

Easy to order and fast to ship.

It took a very long time to arrive. So long that everything went on sale by the time I got it - and you weren’t willing to price match. It was hard to reach customer service and the communication was very unpleasant. In the end I wasted about 2 more stamps earth of money. Do not feel like shopping with you till I forget how bad this was.

Loved my products

I've dealt with Hero Arts for what is probably something over 30 years and have never had anything but an absolutely excellent experience with them. Their products are solid, high quality craft tools and supplies that have stood up to years and years of use. Shipping has always been prompt and reasonable. Packaging has always been good. I don't think I've ever had an issue where I had to ask customer service for help. This is one of the oldest and finest companies in the craft business and I would encourage anyone who wants fine tools and supplies to shop their website.
