Placing an order with Hero Arts is quick and simple. Shipping was top level.

I skipped a monthly order, and saw that the order was being sent so I called, and emailed and was told via email that it had not been fullfilled. So I said, I did not want the order. I was told via email that I had skipped but then I had unskipped the order. I went into my account, and it was showing that it was skipped. I sent 2 emails requesting that someone call me, no one did. I tried calling, but no one answered. I sent a letter 10 days ago requesting a call, that was also ignored. I have since sent the order back (which cost me $10). I hope that I get my $40 back. I order a ton of supplies from many vendors and this is the first time I have received such horrible customer support. I don't believe asking to speak to a real person is unreasonable. Very disappointing.

Hero Arts offers good quality products at a reasonable price. I appreciate that HA offers practical nesting dies as well as whimsical ones such as the peeking dies, especially the snowman and penguin peeking dies. My complete order arrived quickly and well packaged.

I love HA products but the customer service is lacking. The chat bot is often incorrect with information and this last week I called instead and my issue was rectified with a lovely CS Rep. I subscribe to MMH super kit. I accidentally put an add on in my cart and could NOT remove it. WHY? That needs to be fixed. And if the shipping is free with the kit why isn't it with the add ons? I'm under the impression they all ship at the same time. Now chances of me using the add on feature offered with kits will be next to none.
