Wonderful first experience

I don't like having to subscribe to get a kit. I don’t like that you play games with pricing the kits, jacking the price up 50%-100%. I don’t like that despite a 50% increase in cost, they no longer come in a zippered bag. Quality and customer service have plunged since HA was acquired by Spellbinders.
