My product was great, USPS lost my package and the company helped keep me informed and offered me store credit. Where my experience was lackluster was a couple of issues I addressed via email went ignored. The first was I had ordered an item I realized I already had, contacted them before package was shipped to try to swap with a different product. The response, 2 days later was that my order was shipped and here is a tracking number. After receiving my package a month later, I let them know that I finally got it, but realized my first problem was never addressed because I received the duplicate product anyway. The response was "that's great news" again totally ignoring that first issue. I understand it was my fault, but I don't understand dismissing part of my email. Also, when product was lost and they said I could get store credit, I asked if I could receive the same 20% discount I had gotten on original order and I never received a reply. Luckily I got my original package 5 days later. So, while I was unhappy to have some of my issues ignored, my main problem was ironed out and I have my products and they are great.

They were great for my stamps and die cuts.

Felt bamboozlwd with my purchase because come to find out their were seperate bundles but that was not on the IG post. So my aet is incomplete and sold out.

My son is getting his new baby chicks this week. I used the stamps of the baby chicks and their broken-open eggs to make a "welcome, chickies" card.

The hero arts website is easy to look things up. I don’t have a problem, but then I can always seem to find what I’m looking for.

There was a problem with one of the items that I ordered. I contacted Hero Arts and they resolved the issue within minutes. Excellent customer service
