This die works beautifully. Clean and clear cuts especially on mira card stock. I would recommend this as a purchase for anyone who has readers in their life.

I signed up for the Studio subscription in November, had no issue. In December I didn’t get my items, they said they forgot to make an account for me. They gave me a $25 discount code saying the whole studio is sold out, the discount was their apology. I looked online and could get all the components separately but would cost more than 3x the cost of the subscription that I had signed up for correctly. A lot of back and forth about this, they did give me a larger discount so I ordered all the components separately for the cost of the studio, I just couldn’t get the free bread bowl die set as that item is what made it be sold out. I was fine with that, mistakes happen move forward. I asked them to confirm they made an account for me, they told me because December is sold out I would have to resubscribe on January 1st when they announced the January super hero. I wasn’t happy about that but marked it on my calendar. Here it is January 1, not even 10 am, and the Super Hero is sold out. I signed up in November, I should not be having this issue. This was their error and they can’t find the decency to fix it throughly. This is extremely poor business management. To make things worse the customer service was poor, I should not have to keep following up to get answers. You can’t signup or reserve ahead of time~not a good system and an extremely poor new customer experience

December 26, 2025 I have still not received my order. # WEBH492591 Tracking #9400150206217406432950 USPS is notorious for not delivering packages, and leaving them in the wrong place Always have problems with them.
