Hi. I wrote a message to you on Facebook but haven't heard back. My order was nicely packed in the box but the reversible tweezers were missing from my order. I rechecked to be sure they were not in the box along with the packing paper and they weren't. Other than that my order was perfect and I look forward to using my new Hero Arts products in making my Christmas in July crafting projects and ongoing.
