Great products!!

I really didn't like the AI automated response email I received. The information it told me was rude and incorrect. That started out my customer service experience in a negative light. The human response was quick. Nothing wrong with the person that I interacted with. I didn't receive my full order. I didn't like that my initial offer was a credit on a future purchase and I had to haggle/negotiate to get a partial refund for the item I did not receive. I have been a Hero Arts/Spellbinders customer for many years and the whole thing just makes me feel kind of sad.

This whole set is so cute. You get so much stuff. It got me sign up for the subscription! I wish the “soup there it is” die read a bit better. The “it” isn’t high enough. To me, it reads “soup there is it” but still totally worth it for the whole kit!

Outstanding Value. I have many monthly kits but returned to Hero Arts just this month. I am astounded at the amazing value for the WHOLE studio.
