Heartland proved to be prompt, reliable, and good builders. The workbench was missing from the materials so they made an extra trip a few weeks later to install it.

All good so far!

Delivery and installation went well

The studio shed end result is beautiful, but the 3 month process to get it completed was less than optimal. The contractors were nice and professional. The business office and service was very unprofessional, calls went unreturned, schedules were not planned. I wasn’t given advance notice as to when materials or people would be arriving and many items had to be re-redone or returned. I only want to do this review in hopes that they will improve the business side of things to give the full package that everyone is paying for and deserves.

Terrible job scheduling installation and then you lost my paint selections. Was not happy with customer service at all.

Overall pretty good

Support service is very friendly and helpful. My experience had been that wait time for support call is very short, usually within a minute or two at most (August/September). You may need to call to get status and make appointments for installing items missing from initial installation.

Rob, my Heartland sales rep was extremely professional and worked diligently to help me choose the right size and pricing to fit our plans and our new home in Hampton.

Everything was right on time as I said it was shipping was great arrived on time

I wrote a comment and rated this place on one star however I'm taking that back they came out and fix my shed which I greatly appreciate it I think it just came down to another company coming out to fix the damage and tried to charge me $300 which Heartland covered thank y'all so much

My complaint with this place would probably be when I first got my building it took almost 6 months to be delivered to the home which was okay I was going to overlook that then the lady talks me into signing up with insurance which I do I had a limb probably about 2 months ago fall on the top of my building and put a small hole in it I called to have the insurance applied to replace a one panel that was damaged they sent me to a second company that she said they do all their install work and then that company tried to charge me $300 for install charge I told them they can keep their one panel this being said I've been waiting to be contacted by a manager for quite some time now about this manner

Installer, Gonzolo David, did an excellent job installing this shed. If not for him, this would be a 1-star to 2-star review. The warehouse in Tracy, CA, that is servicing the Central Valley needs to get their SH** together. They failed to load multiple items onto the installer's truck.

Everything about this process and the quality was flawless right down to the person that installed it. Top Notch from start to finish!

The shed was not placed properly and they rescheduled the day without informing me when the new date was and I was not able to be at the property at the time of installation to oversee the project. Now I am stuck with a crooked shed that they are not able to adjust or move. They also did not use the cement blocks I purchased to build the shed on (16 blocks recommended by their website) I am not happy with their customer service and the company I work for will not be purchasing from this company again!

Very efficient, and cleaned up after the build.
