Fast service, decent materials, rushed construction, somewhat sloppy job, overall. Failed to deliver the finished, paid for product and would not respond or refund any money.

The Heartland Shed looks fantastic in our backyard and the neighbors like it too! The installers arrived on time and were courteous and efficient in assembling the shed. They answered any questions I had. I would recommend Heartland Sheds to anyone. There is only one aspect of the installation I was not 100% satisfied with which concerned the anchoring package. I thought the anchors could have been longer and the installers needed a better method to install them. I provided a water meter wrench with a T-handle that facilitated driving them into the ground. All in all, I was very pleased with the installation. Hats off to a good crew of installers.

Ordering the shed was easy. Having it installed didn’t happen cause you guys messed up my order.

Customer service was top notch. We had a question and called the company. A real person promptly answered the phone and addressed our concerns. This was before the shed was even delivered!

Heartland is an excellent company. They were able to build our beautiful barn shed in one day.

Purchasing went without a hitch...as it does most everywhere. Installation and painting were a nightmare. From both parties not showing up on dates that were given by company to overall less than professional work with the installation and especially the painting I would recommend you do the work yourself. Especially given the amount you pay for the shed and what you assume would be a professional paint job as well as construction. I wish I had a different shed at this point.
