I managed to order a shirt in the wrong size as part of a multi buy deal and was in a fix because the shirt I needed was available online only and I needed it in a hurry for a formal event. I had to return the multi buy shirt and order a single, full price shirt with express postage. An expensive error on my part. So I was delighted that customer service was able to guide me through the process and even refunded me for almost all of the extra expense involved so that I was not substantially out of pocket. I’m very impressed. I love the shirt (first time buyer from Hawes and Curtis) and will be back for more. A big thank you to Shuma in customer service.

Naima was excellent. Her customer service was amazing. She was very patient in a stressful and busy environment. She helped my family pick out over 15 shirts in a space of two days. We spent well over £400 and it wouldn’t have been possible without her.

Very good shirts but as any gentleman will know a top pocket should always be on a shirt. Please make this available on all shirts.

Perfect delivery to Switzerland

Well the quality of some of your products has reduced massively over the last year with some shirts taking visible damage on the front when washed carefully. You also no longer allow online deliveries to be collected from your shops and your shops themselves refuse to allow people to order in items for collection that are not in stock. Annoying as you no longer stock 14. 5 inch collars in any London stores.
