I bought a trench coat for my son in the flag ship store in London. When we got home (not in London) my son noticed that there was a button missing and there were no spare buttons that came with the coat. I tried calling the store on several occasions over the next days without any answer. When they finally answered they told me they couldn't send me an extra button but that I could come to the store and they would fix it. So I took the train to London the same day (40min by train) and they fixed it alright. The problem I have is with the older woman who was assisting me because she was irritated and not at all service minded, almost acting like this was our own fault. After all the time (and train ticket) that I spent on this, a simple "Sorry for the inconveniance", would have been appreciated.

Don't buy this coat, I should have read its reviews first, advertised as "timeless winter essential". Cloth is very thin, cut is regrettable, poor tailoring. My son, who is a handsome young man, tall and lean, looks awful in it. I thought I was buying an English overcoat, I got a cheap Chinese thing instead.
