Top notch service, great products at a great price

Website was easy to navigate. The shirt was a perfect fit and looked even better than I expected! The quality was great, it arrived on time, and the packaging was neat and secure. I’m really pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend.

I recently lost my Mother and with her funeral in just over a weeks time, I was keen to find the right suit to wear for her Service. This resulted in the wife and I, rather reluctantly, taking an afternoon off to see if we could find the perfect suit at Meadowhall Shopping Centre, near Sheffield. This was never going to be a simple task, with the fact I have a stoma bag fitted and a protruding hernia to contend with also, which makes fittings very difficult. Our first port of call in Meadowhall was Hawes and Curtis, where I noticed a beautufil jacket on display, reduced in price, leading me to enquire further to the assistant about trousers and sizes available. What followed, was the most outstanding customer service I have experienced in a very long time from 'Chiranshu. ' His knowledge in tailoring was clearly evident and his guidance, assistance and personal consideration towards my specific requirements was truly exceptional. My worries of finding the right suit to fit for my mothers funeral were swiftly eradicated and having purchased the perfect suit, with trousers booked for adjusting, I left the shop with such joy and relief not only that I had a suit, but with much respect for the professional help and service which 'Chiranshu' provided. Such genuine quality customer service at this level, with also listening and respecting the customers' needs, is few and far between these days. Credit to 'Hawes & Curtis' for this customer service, but a huge praise and thank you to 'Chiranshu' also. Steve Egginton 07989742129

Easy to order, good prices. There is a good selection of shirts and ties to choose from. The delivery was fast.

No problems at all. Arrived promptly. Thank you.

Shopped in store in London for a few years. Back home in Scotland now making use of online order for the first time and its been perfect . Its a 300 mile round trip to the Edinburgh store from Lochaber so I'm more than pleased online buying is excellent too.

Customer Service and response time for my order was excellent 👌

The site is easy to use and to buy from.

Needed to pay return admin charge & post using Royal Mail which has far less option to send from and long queue. No option return in store for online purchase. I will not buy online from this brand.
