Terrible customer service.

Went to your store on Cannon Street and was served by Chris who couldnt have been more helpful sorting out size and colours of the shirts i wanted going online searcing the store to check stock and offering alternatives Thank you

I ordered a size 16 shirt, but the real size of the shirt is 17, unfortunately I did not try it before I travelled to Ghana for an important occasion. I realised that the collar was loose around my neck and when I put on the shirt. There was nothing I could do but to wear it. Needless to say I shall not purchase any apparel from you again.

The shirts are of good quality and were well packed. Everything with the products themselves was absolutely fine. Unfortunately, the delivery experience was a nightmare. First of all, the package was not dispatched until 10 working days after I placed the order. It arrived just in time for my wedding, which caused a lot of unnecessary stress. My original plan was to place an initial made-to-measure order, check the fit and quality, and then order additional shirts before the wedding. Because of the long delay, this was no longer possible. Secondly, the customer service experience was extremely disappointing. When I contacted Hawes & Curtis about the delay, I was told that the order was being handled by their fulfilment partner, Global-e, and I was redirected to them. As a customer, I placed my order with Hawes & Curtis, not Global-e. I should not have to deal with the internal arrangements between Hawes & Curtis and its fulfilment partners. Any issues with Global-e should be handled internally by Hawes & Curtis on behalf of the customer. After three emails, the package was finally dispatched. I still do not know whether Customer Service actually helped resolve the issue or whether Global-e eventually released the package on their own. Either way, this was a very poor and frustrating customer experience. The shirts themselves are good, but the extremely slow dispatch and the way the delivery issue was handled by Customer Service would make me think twice before ordering again.

Good quality shirt and quick delivery

Post sales comms is non existent. Some of the shirts are not the same quality as previously experienced. Colours are lighter.

I recently visited the Brent Cross branch to exchange a couple of shirts that unfortunately didn’t fit me right. I will admit I was initially a bit reluctant to go back in to get it sorted, but I am so glad I did. Jenny, along with three other girls working in the store, was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and understanding. Jenny went completely out of her way to happily exchange the items and helped me find something I could actually wear and feel great in. Together, they turned a potentially frustrating situation into a brilliant experience with their fantastic attitudes. Because of Jenny and the team's outstanding customer service, I will absolutely continue to shop at Hawes & Curtis in the future. They are a true credit to the Brent Cross branch!

All together excellent however the delivery service left the parcel outside against my car tire whilst we were in. No doorbell etc I would not complain however I wand H&C to know how their carrier behaves.

I am a frequent customer due to the quality of clothing, dispatch and delivery of Hawes & Curtis. A request if I may, can you please extend your Classic fit range as I am a big admirer of your Suits and Shirts.
