I elected to use the Bluewater store to return some online order items. The process was easy and the staff friendly and efficient and I saved the returns fee. I am however waiting to be told the second order returns have been received.

I've been a customer for many years and have never had a problem. I would like for the Curtis range to reintroduce the more unusual print designs from a few years ago e. g. large zebras on a coral pink ground.

My shirt hasn't arrived yet, please tell me why? This time I am disappointed, I have always bought from you, but I was not bought again.

Quality as always

Order, shipping and receiving procedures worked like a charm. Very good quality fabrics. Return and re-ordering due to wrong size wasn't a so pleasant experience. That's why 3* for overall rating. AI service was very polite and solve my problems with courier labels, but I had to spend two days to find a way how to return and re-order my shirts. Timely quite long the overall procedure.
