VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FIT. I ALWAYS WEAR 16COLLAR AND 34 SLEEVE IN SLIM FIT IN HONG KONG AND IT FITS ME PERFECTLY WELL BUT WITH HAWES AND CURTIS I ORDERED THE SAME SIZE AND SAME FIT BUT IT WAS TOO LARGE FOR ME. I HAD TO RETURN IT AND WASTE MY 140 HKD IN SHIPPING AND RETURNING.

I have visited the Hawes & Curtis Brent Cross store three times this week, and on each occasion staff have been rushed and unprofessional. On the first visit, I spent 20 minutes in the shop and was not approached by a single staff member and several of my attempts to engage were unsuccessful. I then left and ordered a suit from H&C online - this came and was excellent as advertised, the customer service representative was very helpful over the phone and gave a positive experience. I returned once again this week to browse. I asked a staff member questions about type of cuff (double or single) and collar (Windsor, Semi-Cutaway etc) and they could not answer my questions - simply looking at me in an impolite manner. I visited again today in order to have the suit altered. I witnessed the manager shouting across the shop floor at and to staff, he also made several rude comments towards me and service on the whole felt rushed. A very disappointing in-store experience that has really dampened the impression of the excellent quality clothes that H&C provides.

Arrived in good time. Still not sure on sizing ordered regular and slim fits before, both too big. This was advertised as large (not slim) and seems to fit OK. Is it equivalent to fitted slim size?

It was my first order with you. I took the right size but the wrong cut (Slim vs Extra Slim). I had to ship it back and I have to pay 10 euros and to wait for the refound before ordering the right one. Bad.
