Great shirts, comfortable and a good fit. The only reason it's not 5* is a button fell off one of the shirts on first wear - unfortunate! Easy enough to fix though.

I used your size chart for a linen shirt following my collar sizes etc and the shirt was too small. I now have to spend 10€ to return it and stop working to find a DHL location. The returns should be free and built into your model. I can only buy shirts from you and I will have to buy my jackets and suits from somewhere else because testing is a headache with Hawes and Curtis.

I enjoyed my time picking out a suit. I came in a bit overwhelmed and confused on what to get but I was sorted out by Nahid R. He was super friendly, which made me comfortable to express what I felt I needed and he was able to bring solutions.
