The Neighbor team has been great at responding to any questions we've had and helped correct an issue with the order in a timely manner. We really appreciate them treating us well!

I ordered the Neighbor furniture expecting it to take some time. As the promised arrival date neared, Allie from customer service updated me often and responded quickly to any questions I had about the delivery. Their packaging is impressive - no foam filling in the boxes! My advice to those who purchase the sectional is to open ALL the boxes before assembling. We started by opening just one box and thought pieces were missing. Neighbor has a packaging system to maximize efficiency, and everything was there, with some pieces packed in another box. Assembly was easy and instructions were simple to follow. What a great company with an amazing product. I wish them LOADS of success!

Great first purchasing experience with neighbor. Love that they make one thing--outdoor furniture--and do it well. Website is straightforward yet attractive with high quality images of the products. Took advantage of a sale to get great savings on our set. We knew at the time of purchase there would be a wait, and the items did deliver in the expected window. The products are beautiful, of high quality, and seem worth the price. Would recommend neighbor and will shop with them again.

You may want to wait to charge your customers until the product is shipped, would be better customer service. Also could have given update on status. Couch showed up with missing bracket which had to be sent out separately after I requested.

Shipping was right on time and no issues with the product.

Table arrived quickly. The only disadvantage is that it was delivered on a wooden pallet that we now have to figure out how to dispose of. Assembly was really easy!

We ordered a teak patio set to sit on our balcony and enjoy the river view comfortably. Husband is 6’6” and very picky about outdoor furniture—he LOVES this set. The cushions are sturdy yet comfortable and the teak construction is absolutely stunning. We had a snafu with one incorrect part being sent and the Neighbor customer service was on top of it and immediately shipped out a replacement. No problem. High quality furniture and very responsive service team. We will be purchasing from Neighbor again in the future.

Prompt and helpful customer service.

The neighbor team was very helpful and friendly. However, the sofa came missing screws so we couldn’t complete assembly until new ones were sent. Then only 2 screws arrived when we needed 4, so we had to request and wait again.

Couldn't be more pleased with how quickly it shipped and the communication was great from checkout to delivery and even afterwards!
