I had been lurking on this companies Instagram for probably a good year before making a purchase. As many of us are, I was initially a bit skeptical of how the build quality of the furniture would be. I was able to book a phone consultation with their head of customer service/ experience Allie and she was nothing short of incredible throughout both the purchase and delivery process. Allie is a HUGE asset to this company as she was willing to answer any and all of my questions pre sale and post, so thanks again for all of your help Allie! As for the products themselves, I ended up ordering a dining table, two Adirondack chairs and two loveseats in the rust color way and I am so pleased with every single piece. The rust color is even better looking in person than it is online and the real low real Adirondack chairs are so comfortable! I haven’t had a formal meal at the dining table yet, but it literally looks like a piece of art sitting on my patio when not in use. If you are looking for a Scandinavian/ minimalist inspired aesthetic then I highly recommend considering this company and their products! Time will ultimately tell how everything holds up, but I plan to treat everything with Golden Care teak cleaner that they recommend using to keep everything looking mint. From what I can tell, the build quality of the materials felt really solid as I was putting it together. The cushions for the loveseats are a little bit on the firmer side, but I actually prefer this as they are ridiculously comfortable without being difficult to get in and out of. I am SO glad that I found this company and decided to pull the trigger on their products as they are exactly as advertised (if not better), and come with a side of amazing customer service. I already have my eyes on the concrete coffee table that they make, so if l had to bet, there will more than likely be another purchase from Neighbor in the near future.

Overall it was a great experience. Anytime I initiated communication, I received a response very quickly. Dining table shipped very quickly. I would have liked an estimate for shipping on the rest of our order (sectional, ottoman, coffee table) instead of just not knowing it would arrive. Also, the carrier left the boxes by our front door. Normally not a problem but we were out of town. Would have liked to arrange a scheduled delivery rather than having $5000 worth of furniture left in front of our house.

Shipping was on the longer end but it came on time and was easy to inbox and put together.

Website was great, prompt delivery and tracking emails.

Quality is great, very comfortable, easy construction. Turns out I got the wrong size for my space and Neighbor made it really easy to buy some more pieces to turn my Loveseat into a Sectional. Even gave me the discount per the sale that was going on at the time. Minor nitpicks: One leg can only accommodate 3 out of 4 screws due to misalignment of holes, which doesn't look like it will affect stability or durability, and on the second delivery I was missing two screws which were expedited to me within minutes of sending an email. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase.
