Great products, solid furniture. The freight shipping service that was used seemed a little unconcerned about the fragility of some of the pieces, but neighbor customer service was quick, generous, and fast to replace or remedy minimal damage that had occurred during shipping. Some of the directions for putting together the more complicated pieces (like the low chair) could have been a little clearer, but the ultimate product was perfection for our deck.

Excellent service, excellent product. Appreciated receiving the covers first, and the seating arrived within a month. Allie was very helpful when we were choosing our pieces. Assembly was super easy and fast. And the covers are excellent quality, very easy to slip on and remove, and thanks to the vents and straps for the legs, don't blow away in high winds!

The Neighbor support team was great and helped us through a few issues. The build quality is good, however, the sectional had a persistently challenging piece that needs some QC love.

I was worried by the
I was worried by the expected shipment date, I think it was 6-8 weeks but I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived at 4 weeks. I have had no need to contact the company so I cannot speak to the customer service. Overall though, I have had no problems with the the team at Neighbor.

The customer service I got
The customer service I got was amazing. We had some snafus with shipping and each time I had to reach out about packages missing the customer service team was quick to respond and make things right. I really appreciate that.

The couch came with fewer
The couch came with fewer bolts than were needed. One of the legs was drilled incorrectly so the bolt could not be inserted.
