Does what it says it does and does it well

I’ve always enjoyed my scotch and whiskey neat which, up till now, meant warm. With my new Neat Whiskey Chiller I am discovering some new flavors in my old favorite drinks. I’m surprised how long my drink stays cold with no ice, but if I savor my drink for too long, and it warms up, I can now just run it through my chiller again. My only complaint is that the chiller tends to retain a little bit of my drink - as if the tube runs up hill somewhere in there. I find that I have to swirl the chiller several times over my cup to get the last couple of teaspoons out.

As an avid bourbon drinker I knew I needed this product but little did I know how awesome it would be. I would give it a 1000 star rating if I could. Just in the last week I have convinced two guys from work to purchase the Neat chiller.

I wish there was a bottom cap because a few drips will remain and come out later making a mess. Otherwise, Love this thing. I may make a little cap to resolve this issue. Still 5 stars because it works great!

Wasn’t a huge fan of ice or chilling my libations but this device makes it fun. I have had a great time showing off to friends and enjoying perfectly chiller bourbon consistently.

Super cool that this even exists. Such a easy thought, moonshine still. But yet no one has done it. Would be completely 5 stars except for one strange design flaw. The freezing chiller slows down the pour of brown liquor. But when it’s done with the amount you poured, there is still a drip of viscous alcohol from the e chiller. This can last for up to 15 minutes. I’ve had to place the empty used chiller in some paper towels or rag to catch the continued drip. Not really elegant, or fancy at that point. But it works.

I usually have a glass already chilled and of course the neat is ice cold when i add liquor and even though I put the liquor through a few times, it never gets that cold or at least as cold as i would like. Still glad i could support the cause. Best, Matt

The chiller works great. It has been a great addition to our home bar as well as a conversation starter!!

I purchased the Neat chiller as a birthday present to myself. Great way to chill a dram quickly without watering it down. Would recommend to every whisky and scotch drinker.

So when I first got it I was very excited to try it out. I read the instruction and dived right in. I used the 14oz of water, filled, it and let it sit for over a day before using it. my first pour though of whiskey wasn't cold enough for me. I have a Wintersmith's Phantom Ice chest so i use ice balls with my whiskey often and the one time through the chiller wasn't cutting it for me. I eventually figured out 3 times thru was the perfect spot for me. Or I could do one time with my finger on the exit to give a 30 seconds of time in the coils and that works with me having to do it just once. But over time I have to love it. So now if i want just one drink or a double and I know thats all, i use my chiller. If i think i'll have a long drawn out day of drinking, for example while smoking a brisket or something, then i'll use the ice balls. Overall thought i am happy with.
