I really like the concept. The coasters are awesome and keep the whiskey cool. I just wish the glass was a little better quality

Nice glass, keeps cold without diluting, use it often.

This does a nice job keeping the glass cold, but be careful- the base is freezing! You won’t be able to pick it up with your bare hands for several minutes once you take it out of the freezer.

i keep the base in the freezer and use it whenever i need. It can hold the cold longer than the metal cubes i have, also it doesn't disturb me when i take a sip.

I have been using the glass tumbler and chilled coaster every time. My only complaint is the coaster does not stayed long enough and that is why I have two.

We purchased a chiller for home and one for a friend. Happy witty the product, shipping was fast, packaging it's beautiful and makes it easy to give as a gift.

I really like the chiller! It lives up to the advertisement. It chills the pour to a temperature that lasts throughout the sip. The only reason I did not say Great is because of the cleanup. I found that the bourbon was still draining from the chiller a day after I used it and there’s no good way to drain it which could distort flavors if you are drinking multiple bourbons. Running water through it means you can’t freeze again for 6 hours. I learned that one first hand. Overall good purchase!
